Google Lucky Draw Details
1. Friends & Family Lucky Draw (hereinafter referred to as “Lucky Draw”) is organised by Vstecs (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Promoter”) of 19 Kallang Ave, #07-153, Singapore 339410. A minimum purchase of S$2,000 total worth of participating products (Pixel 7 Pro, Pixel 7, Pixel 7a), per transaction (made from 01 August 2023 to 31 August 2023), qualifies for an entry (hereinafter referred to as “Entry”) in the Lucky Draw.
2. The Lucky Draw will commence on 15 September 2023 and close on 30 September 2023, 11:59 PM Singapore Time (“Lucky Draw Period”).
3. By participating in this Lucky Draw, each participant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. All rules and regulations and instructions issued by the Promoter from time to time will be deemed incorporated in these Terms and Conditions.
4. There are up to six prizes to be awarded in total during this Lucky Draw, worth up to S$149 each.
5. The prizes for this Lucky Draw are neither exchangeable for cash nor transferable. Each participant is limited to one Entry.
6. The winners of the prizes will be selected at random from all Entries received by the Promoter during the Lucky Draw Period in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
7. All winners will be notified via both of the valid corporate and personal email addresses indicated in the purchase form. The prizes will be delivered to the valid residential addresses indicated in the purchase form.
8. In the event a winner is unreachable or ineligible the winner shall forfeit their Prize and it will be awarded to a substitute winner, selected in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
9. All personal particulars furnished are meant for identification purposes and will not be sold or given to any third parties.
10. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of fraud, or whose entry and/or results it believes have been manipulated in any way, or who otherwise interferes with the Lucky Draw or does not adhere to these Terms and Conditions.
11. The Promoter excludes liability, to the fullest extent permitted by law, for any loss or damage arising from or in connection with the Promotion or with the acceptance or possession of any prize.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these rules or terminate the contest at any time at its sole and absolute discretion. All decisions made by the Promoter under these rules shall be final and no discussion or correspondence will be entertained. The Promoter may, but is not required to, justify any decisions relating to this Lucky Draw.
