While the best effort will be made to ensure the accuracy of product specification, description, product images, pricing and availability, inadvertent errors may still occur.
Pricing Policy
While the best effort will be made to ensure the accuracy of pricing, inadvertent errors may arise. Should there be an error in pricing, you will be notified. We will give you the option of continuing to purchase the product at the correct price or cancelling your order due to pricing error.
Please note that if the pricing error is reasonably recognized as a mispricing (e.g, $2,000 posted as $200), VSTECS (Singapore) is not obliged to provide fulfil the order at the incorrect (lower) price. If you do not agree to the revised price, the order will be cancelled and the full amount will be refunded.
VSTECS (Singapore) Pte Ltd reserves the right to change pricing without prior notice.
Prices shown are in Singapore Dollars and are inclusive of prevailing GST (9%).

Delivery and Shipping Policy.
1. Orders will be processed within 3-5 working days.
2. All orders are dispatched and delivered by VSTECS’s delivery partner excluding weekends and public holidays.
3. Deliveries will be made only to addresses within the main Singapore island. No deliveries will be made to Restricted Areas or locations off the main Singapore island.
4. For deliveries to private residences, do take note of the restrictions in delivery timing(s) that is(are) applicable as stipulated by the managing agent for the property.
5. NO deliveries will be made to hotels / resorts/ temporary places of accommodations.
6. Do ensure the accuracy of your delivery address including postal code. VSTECS Singapore shall not be held liable for delays in delivery for errors in the delivery address.
7. NO deliveries will be made to P.O. boxes, POP Stations or Pick Lockers.
8. Do not accept delivery should packaging be opened or if there are signs of tampering.
9. Please contact us if you your orders are not received within the stipulated delivery timing.
10. Self-collection is NOT available.
Warranty Policy
The goods advertised come with manufacturer’s warranty.
Return Policy
In order to guarantee customer’s satisfaction, all parcels shipped are in sealed package. In the event of product damage or failure, please contact us. In cases where the received items are not in order, e.g. – wrong quantity, wrong item, damaged, do notify us within 1 working day.
The items returned must be purchased from VSTECS Singapore Pte Ltd (https://buygoogle.vstecssingapore.com). We will not be responsible for any costs associated with the returning of goods.
The goods returned must be in resalable condition – unopened, unused and with packaging intact.
Refund amount may be reduced if the returned items are damaged.
Goods sold are not exchangeable or refundable.
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will ascertain the discrepancies and notify you via email within a reasonable period of time to determine whether you are entitled to a refund. If you are entitled to a refund, we will proceed to refund the purchase amount. The refund amount will be automatically credited to your original method of payment.
